The ISBE survey for the 2024 IAHPERD Convention is now accessible in the "Certificates" section. Please note that you must first complete the survey for each day you attended before filling out the ISBE survey and printing your certificate. If you encountered any issues scanning in or out on either day, PLEASE DO NOT send emails to support. Instead, use the Dispute option under Profile > Certificates. The dispute option is available until 1/7/2025
