The Executive Board is made up of volunteers who are voted or appointed to their positions. These positions can turn over annually for elected positions or every few years for appointed positions depending on the requirments within the bylaws. Click below to view our current Executive Board.

Committees are made up of volunteers for specific reasons to help the organization focus on its needs. The leadership for a committee is appointed and is allowed to vote at bot Executive Board meeting and Representative Assembly meetings. Illinois AHPERD has representation from all parts of the State through its six Districts. These Districts have been created to represent specific geographical areas of the State. Leadership for the Distrcits is determined through elections of positions by the District's membership. District leadership has voting rights at the Representative Assemblies that are held twice annually. Click on the button below for the webpage of any of the specific listed Districts.
